Arnold H. Dreyfuss passed away on December 18, 2014 in Lantana Florida at the age of 86. Arnold is survived by his wife of 66 years Lenore (nee Schulman) and father to Mark (Baltimore, Maryland) and Lynn Martin (New Hampshire), five grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. Arnold will be remembered as a fun loving, astute businessman who rose to become President of Farberware, Inc. during his 28 years with the company. He rose in the housewares industry as he become CEO of Wear-Ever/Proctor-Silex in the 1980s until his retirement in 1992. He also served as a member of the Board of Directors of several companies including Eskimo Pie and Lincoln Manufacturing.

Arnold was born in Brooklyn, New York and graduated from Erasmus High School and Long Island University. He and his family lived for close to 20 years in Cliffside Park, NJ. He served for 9 years as a member of the Cliffside Park Board of Education and as President of Temple Israel. He also worked with the Little League organization as a manager and Scoutmaster of Boy Scout Troop 192. Following retirement Arnold owned and operated and ran the Jupiter Ocean Racket Club in Jupiter, Florida for over 10 years.

He is to be buried at a graveside ceremony in the Eternal Light Cemetery in Boynton Beach, Fl. On Monday, December 22, 2014 at 10:45 AM. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in his name to their favorite charity. He was an honest and hard working man who loved life, his family and was a great friend to many colleagues and neighbors in New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Virginia, and Florida. He loved sports and played basketball for LIU. His smile and humor will be sorely missed.
