PATRICIA LOUISE LOVETT HARVEY 07/28/1928 10/7/2017 Patricia was born in San Francisco, California. Adopted by Agnes and Clyde Lovett and raised in Northern California until 1936 when the family moved to Los Angeles, where Pat's dad was in the building business. During her teen years, Pat and her friends rode their horses in the area of Athens Hill. She attended Gardena High School, Washington High School, and graduated in 1946 from Girls Collegiate School in Claremont. (Persimmon, Persimmon, Collegiate School for Women!) In June 1946, she married Fraser Lovett and they had three children: Robert, Donald and Deborah. They moved to Paradise in 1961. Her children attended and graduated from Paradise High School. Pat later divorced and then married John Harvey, an electrical contractor, who had 2 sons; Bob and Johnny. Pat and John lived in Paradise; then moved to Etna where they were active in the Scott Valley Fire Protection District and The Dalmatians. Pat belonged to a craft group, "Baskets", and the Callahan Book Club where she made many friends. She and John trailered and met with family and friends every year for crabbing in Bandon, Oregon. They spent over 25 happy years in Etna. She is survived by children, Robert Lovett (Paradise); Donald Lovett (Catherine) of Gresham, Oregon; Debbie Lovett (Michael Ramos) of Chico; and John Harvey (Polly) of Etna; and too many grandchildren to list but she loved them all. She is predeceased by husband, John Harvey; son Robert Harvey; daughter-in-law Kathy Lovett; grandson Donald Lovett II; and granddaughter Leianna Harvey. Her favorite poems were Eldorado and Annabel Lee by Edgar Allen Poe. Everybody loved Pat. She was always giving to others and she loved sending towels to her family and friends. At her request, no services will be held. Please leave memories at Newton Bracewell Funeral Home https://www.nbcfh.com/obituaries/pat-harvey/ She will be inurned with her beloved husband John, at the Veterans Cemetery in Igo. Pat believed in hugs! Please give hugs in her memory. Fare thee well. Love you more.
