Age 86. Died at home in Loma Linda from Metastatic Merkel Cell Carcinoma. Born in Pittsburgh to Ida Kisary and Webster Locke Parker. Lived in Vallejo through High School. Fire Controlman in the Navy during World War II. Graduated from USC Phar- macy school in 1951. Married Mary Alice Pearson, also a Pharmacist. Practiced as a pharmacist until his retirement. Owner of Parker's Pharmacy in Bloomington from 1963 until 1991. He was active in Lion's Club, Boy Scouts and PTA. He was a 17 gallon donor at the blood bank. Greatly enjoyed golf, bicycling, racket ball, boating, and fishing. Web had four sons: John, Jim, Joe (Richard), and Jay Parker. Joe died of heat attack in 2006. Had 15 much-loved grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. Survived by his sister Marilyn and brother-in-law Bob Callan. No services planned. Arrangements by Neptune Society. We wish to thank Kaiser Permanente for excellent care by their hospital doctors and nurses, and Hospice for help and compassion in his last days.
