Emilia Balabanoff Obituary
Emilia Balabanoff, beloved mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and friend, died peacefully at the age of 97 on August 10, 2013. She will be deeply missed by her family: Lea and Robert, Doreen and Stuart, Thea and Noah. A wise counselor to many, Emilia leaves behind a legacy of loyal friends from all walks of life and all ages, spread across the world. According to her wishes, a private family ceremony will take place. Donations in her memory would be appreciated to the Nature Conservancy or Save the Children.
