I first met Neil over the telephone about 2002 when he called me to obtain more information on his grandmother, Annie Laura Wimberly, who was my first cousin, three times removed . Neil was one of my long-lost relatives. I visited Neil in California in 2002 and discovered he was a very warm, outgoing person and I enjoyed my visit with him. We will miss Neil so very much.

I first met Neil about 15 years ago when he was my parents' next door neighbor. He was a "what you see is what you get" kind of guy and loyal friend. He gave color to the world.
