He is survived by wife of 25 yrs, Mary Fletcher; sons Harold Shinn, Joseph Reeff; grandchildren Cassidy Shinn, Sharrelle Shinn, and Joseph T. Reeff; brothers Walter Fletcher, and Larry Hatridge; sister Becky Smith; aunts Beverly Howard, and Maxine Newell; uncles Robert St. Clair and Garland St. Clair. Memorial: March 30, 2013 from 1pm- 3pm at 26624 Wind Ave., Hemet CA 92545
