Arthur (Art) Morgan Obituary

It is with great love and great sorrow that we announce the passing of Arthur (Art) Francis Morgan on the morning of March 24, 2017 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Brooklyn, NY on August 24, 1945 to the late Arthur L. and Dorothy Morgan, Art moved to Lakewood, CA as a young boy and later moved to Hemet, CA as a teenager where he would meet the love of his life, Mary. Art graduated from Hemet High School, served in the Navy during the Vietnam War, worked for General Electric Telephone Company, was a small business owner owning two Taco Bell franchises and a coffee house, and held numerous positions in sales. Art was a selfless man who loved his country and was extremely proud of his service, loved God, and was devoted to his family. Art was charismatic and loved by all who had the honor of knowing him, whether it was for years or just a few minutes.
He is survived by his wife and true love of 49 years, Mary Morgan; three children, Michele Davis, Kristina Watkins (Charles), Ryan Morgan (Christina); and six grandchildren, Kelsey Davis, Mackenzie Watkins, Jacob Watkins, Ryan Joseph Morgan, Alyssa Morgan, and Sophia Morgan. His greatest joy in life was being "Papa" to his grandchildren.
Services will be held on April 14, 2017 at 9:30am at Riverside National Cemetery in Riverside, California. Arrangements are under the care of Arlingtom Mortuary in Riveside, CA.
