Artie "Johnnie" Walker Obituary
ARTIE "JOHNNIE" WALKER Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2013. He passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family. He was born in Bonnie, Illinois in 1932 and was a resident of Riverside County for over 35 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 45 years, Patricia Walker of Riverside; children and families: Debbie Dawson of Virginia, Donna Pachiano of Victorville, John Walker of Riverside, and Jason Walker of Riverside; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; and sister Norma Gardner and family of Escalon, CA. He served 20 years in the U.S. Navy and worked for over 40 years in the telecommunications field. A memorial service will be held on January 25, 2013 at 10:30 a.m. at Harvest Christian Fellowship Church, 6115 Arlington Ave., Riverside CA. Military funeral honors will follow at 12:15 p.m. at Riverside National Cemetery, staging area 2. A reception will follow at American Legion Post 422, 848 S. Lilac Ave. Rialto, CA.
