Bernadette "Bea" Herrmann Obituary
BERNADETTE "BEA" HERRMANN, 90, died of natural causes on Sunday, May 25, 2014 in Riverside, California. She was born on June 3, 1923 in Flush, Kansas. A resident of Riverside for over forty-three years, she married Jim Herrmann on November 17, 1984. Together they owned and operated Arlington Blacksmith and Welding until retirement in 1994. Bea was a very active member of Queen of Angels Catholic Church in Riverside, where she was affectionately known as, "Queen Bea." She is survived by children: Jean Sakaguchi, David Layman, Brett Herrmann, and Lisa Herrmann; siblings: Kay Belinder and Gene Floersch; grandchildren: James Cornwell, David Layman, Jr., Melissa Alvarez, Denise Gray, Giselle Thissen, Gerard Morel, Ryckie Fernandez, Jorge Luis Fernandez, Danica Frantzich (preceded in death), Cheyenne Frantzich, Phoenix Herrmann, and Reef Herrmann; twenty great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Rosary Prayer Service will be on Monday, June 2, 2014, 6:00 PM, with visitation between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM at Crestlawn Mortuary, 11500 Arlington Ave, Riverside, CA 92505. Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 11:00 AM at Queen of Angels Church, 4824 Jones Ave, Riverside, CA 92505; Graveside services thereafter at Crestlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Queen of Angels Catholic Church Building Fund in memory of Bea Herrmann would be Bea's wish.
