Betty J. Woody Obituary
BETTY J. WOODY Family and Friends of Betty J Woody are announcing and inviting everyone to celebrate the Life of Betty J. Woody On Saturday Morning, March 12, 2016 at 4:15am Betty awoke from a fitful slumber and was greeted by the King of Kings and was told: , 'Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world". Beloved Mother, Grandmother, Wife, Aunt, Counselor, Nurse and Friend, Betty slipped from this world unto the next and was present before her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She will be missed by many loving friends and family. Her husband, Roger Bruce Woody was her devoted husband, friend and confidant. Seldom do you see a man love a woman with so much devotion, care and concern. Betty J. Woody, 70, lived in Murrieta, California with her husband and was taken by Leukemia. Her life was well lived in the service to others. Betty had a great love of education and of service to the last and least of God's Children. She served as a detox nurse, a social worker for the Psych Hospital, Group Counselor, Therapist and School Psychologist. Her professional life was devoted in helping people who needed compassion, love, understanding and direction. In her private life she was also devoted to the same principals. She was always caring for people who needed a second chance. Betty directed people to services, advocated for them to receive them and made sure they had food to eat and a place to stay. Betty leaves behind a devoted husband, Roger B. Woody; three children, James O. Ausman IV (Bao-Tran Ausman), William David Ausman and Lorene Joy Ausman (David Chowler); five grandchildren, Rachel Marie Quintans (John Nash Quintans), David Ausman, Sarah Ausman, Alex Ausman and Ava Ausman. A celebration of life will be held at 11AM on Saturday, March 19, 2016 at 1417 Sixth Street Norco, CA 92860 at Resolved Bible Church. A potluck and shared memories will follow. In Lieu of flowers the Family requests donation to the Betty J. Woody Memorial fund at Wells Fargo Bank.
