BILLY EDGAR LAMBERT, age 76, entered eternal life in Menifee, Ca. on Friday, May 13, 2016. Billy was born to the late Grover and Goldie (Skeens) of West Dante, Virginia May 18, 1939. He was the eldest of five children. Billy was married January 15, 1961 to the former Marie D. Munoz; she preceded him in death on September 6, 2014. Billy is survived by his three daughters: Susan Dahlman (Harry) of Edgewater, NJ, Sheila Lambert-Keesling (William) of San Diego, CA and Natasha Williams (Daniel) of Menifee, CA; sister: Regina Sutherland (Michael) of St. Paul, VA; brothers: Kenneth Dale Lambert (Betty) of St. Paul, VA and Hollan Lambert of St. Paul, VA; grandchildren: Tim Geesaman, Norman Geesaman, Alecia Meehan, Kyla Williams, Billy Keesling and Mya Williams; nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Billy was preceded in death by his brother, Marlan Lambert, daughter, Kathleen Warren and son, Billy Edgar Lambert Jr. Billy served in the USMC during the late 1950's, early 1960's; he soon thereafter began a life long career in the rock and sand industry. Billy retired from a job that he loved dearly and worked many years for Robertson's Ready Mix as a plant manager. Billy was loved and respected not only by his family, but all who knew him. He touched many lives through his work and his sense of compassion for others. Services for Billy will be held on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at Evans Brown Mortuary Chapel, 27010 Encanto Drive, Sun City, CA. Visitation: 10am, Funeral: 11am, Graveside service: 1pm, held at The Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Blvd., Riverside, CA. 92518.
