BUD BROWN
Age 92, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2017 in Loma Linda, CA. Bud was preceded in death by his wife Nelda; and is survived by two daughters, Patricia Walker (Gary) of Oceanside and Linda Anderson of Grand Terrace; and a son Bud Jr. (Liz) of La Quinta; eight grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
A World War II Veteran, Bud fought in one of the longest and bloodiest battles of WWII, the battle of the Hurtgen Forest in Germany where he served as a squad leader; and was awarded the Purple Heart.
Bud was a long time member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 997 in Riverside where he held the position of Trustee for many years as well as serving a term as Worthy President.
He will be missed by many!
A graveside service will be held Monday, September 18th at 10:30 a.m. in the Veteran's Section of Green Acres Memorial Park, 11715 Cedar Ave., Bloomington.
