DANIEL DAVID REINHARDT Age 84, of Riverside, CA passed away on Friday, September 12, 2014 of natural causes. He was born in Curtis Bay, Maryland on May 14, 1930. He attended school in Baltimore until he joined the Navy in 1947. He became a United States Navy Diver in 1950 and was active in the Korean War in 1952/1953. He promoted through the ranks to retire as a Chief Petty Officer during the Vietnam War in 1968. On May 18, 1951 he married Lucy Mae Bell in Elizabeth City, North Carolina. They were married for 63 years and raised four children together. After retiring from the Navy in 1968 he took a position as the Facility Engineer with the California Prison System where he retired in 1989. He then became an "RV" traveler and enjoyed visiting places he did not get to see while traveling with the US Navy. He loved to fish, camp and live life. He will be missed by his wife Lucy who knew him best. He is survived by his wife; children: Deborah Jean (Borza) and husband James, David Wayne, Donna Lynn (Belger) and husband Gary, Melinda Marie (Couch) and husband Kevin; grandchildren, Scott and wife Michelle, Robb and wife Amanda, Mandi and husband Anthony, Christopher, Kristi, Hollie and husband Jonathan, Brittany and Courtney; his great-grandchildren, Lance, Devan, Carter, Taylor, Quincy, Gage, Preston and Aiden, Weston and Brooklyn and #11 on the way. He will be missed. Bushie has been waiting a long time for her "Danny". He will be laid to rest in the Riverside National Cemetery.
