Dillon "Pete" Brown Obituary
DILLON (PETE) BROWN Pearl Harbor Survivor 1/6/1922 - 12/07/2012 Dillon (Pete) Brown, after proudly serving his country, he and his beloved wife (Ludy) came to the valley in 1946 where they built their home and raised their two daughters, Ludy Burtron and Laurie Warning. Pete, as everyone knew him, worked for the Mobil Oil company for about 25 years, and then at the age of 50 went back to college and became superintendent of water for the city of San Jacinto for the next 25 years. Our hearts are heavy but with joy we acknowledge that he is in heaven with his wife who passed 9/24/12. They have 3 grandchildren Mark, Sheryle, and Jacob, and 4 great grandkids Kyle, Hailey, Bailey and Chase. Services will be held at the Riverside National Cemetery on 12/18/12 at 1:00pm, with Pastor Bob Warning as the officiant. There will be an Honor Guard and flag presentation.
