Donna Mae Coulter Obituary
DONNA MAE COULTER, 82, passed away early in the morning on Sept 9, 2016. Donna was born on Dec 12, 1934 to Ray and Fae Heitman. On September 3, 1950, Donna married her sweetheart, John Coulter and together they raised 6 children. Donna loved everyone, if you weren't already a part of her large family, she would adopt you in. She loved people, how they came into her life didn't matter to her, she loved you no matter what. Her kindness and generosity spread from her longtime friends to the local Wal-Mart worker. You couldn't run into the store without stopping to say hello to everyone she knew. In 1968 John and Donna worked side by side in their machine shop until his passing in 1982. She assumed the role of President for the next 27 years, until her retirement in 2009. She resided in Anaheim while most of the kids were younger, purchased property in Lake Matthews in 1977 to build a family home. She lived in that home until 2005, when she moved into town and settled into a new home in Riverside, where she lived out the remainder of her life. Donna had such a giving spirit, and thoroughly enjoyed being the helpmate to anyone who needed her, no task needing to be done was beneath her. She taught all of us to do for others, to open our hearts and homes to people. Donna will be lovingly remembered by her family: Her children, Marty Coulter (Eva), Steve Coulter (Melody), Gayle Maddux (Phil) , Lisa Gamar (Tim) , Mary Descaro (Steve), she was also survived by twenty seven grandchildren, twenty great-grandchildren, three great-great-grandchildren, and Bob Kaudze, her best friend, companion, and caregiver. Donna was preceded in death by her husband John, her oldest son John, her parents Ray and Fae Heitman, her sister Marilyn Knox, and her grandson Matthew. A celebration of the life of Donna Coulter will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016, 1 o'clock pm at Canyon Community Church, 1504 Taber Street, Corona, CA 92881, 951-735-3260.
