Elmer Dragolovich Obituary
Elmer passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 after a brief illness. He is survived by his daughters, Margo Smith of Windsor, CA and Sherry Burrus of San Jacinto, CA.
Elmer was preceded by Etta Mae, his beloved wife of 57 years. They had 5 grandchildren, 9 great- grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild. Elmer and Etta Mae came to Banning from Kewanee, IL in 1960. Etta Mae worked at Pickets Market and Hadleys. Elmer retired from the Deutsch Co. as a master machinist. He enjoyed volunteer work at Gilman Ranch. He and Etta Mae loved square dancing. He was an avid marksman and fly-caster. At 101 years of life, Elmer was the oldest lifetime member of the Banning Sportsmen's Club.
A memorial will be held at the club, located at 250 Mias Canyon Rd, Banning, on Saturday, April 8, 2017 at 2:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, send donations to Hospice.
