Great Grandfather, Grandfather, Father, Family man, Songwriter, Golfer, Bowler, Inventor and Angel Fan is a brief description of James Reed. He loved to be active and outdoors and was always tinkering around. His family was always most important to him. Years ago he had a cable country variety show. James gave back to the community and was a former President of the Huntington Beach Chapter of the Lions Club. His family describes him as giving, loving, kind and always putting family first. Those that knew him will miss his quick wit and wisdom. James is survived by his daughters, Claudia Vandenburg and her husband John, Julie Boldizar and her husband Greg, Wendy Heard, and Gail Hobbs and her husband Kenny, 13 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren and Joy.
