JEANETTE KAY ULINSKI "JAN" Jan valiantly lost her battle with cancer on Sunday, May 5th, 2013. She passed away peacefully in her sleep in Hemet, California. Jan was born in Loma Linda, California to parents Eugene and Midge Snow. She and her sister Jaclyn were raised in Lake Elsinore where they graduated from Lake Elsinore Union High School. Jan was Miss Lake Elsinore, 1969. She has one son Brandon. They lived in Moreno Valley for 8 years and then to San Jacinto, California, where they have lived for the past 24 years. Before her recent retirement, Jan worked for the County of Riverside for 15 years. Jan was a fun person who loved to be around her family. She had a love for NASCAR that was passed on from her father. She was an Anaheim Angels and a San Diego Chargers fan. She loved animals, especially cats. She liked rock n roll, especially 80's big hair bands. She read Dean Koontz novels in his spare time and was inseparable from her granddaughter/best friend, Jessica. She enjoyed wine tasting, beer tasting, and simply having a good time with family and friends. She will be deeply missed. Jan was preceded in death by her mother Midge and her sister Jaclyn. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law Brandon and Crystal Ulinski; father Eugene Snow; grandchildren Jason (11), Jessica (6) and Jaxen (due in July). Jan's life will be celebrated at 1PM, Friday, May 17, 2013 at the Evans Brown Sun City Mortuary Chapel, 27010 Encanto Drive, Sun City, CA 92585.
