Kenny was born in 1939 at the Parkridge Sanitarium and Maternity Home, and was a lifelong resident of Corona where he attended Jefferson School, Corona Jr. High and Corona High, and graduated in the class of 1957. He played football and baseball for CHS and continued playing and enjoying sports into his adult life. Shortly after graduation Kenny began employment with the United States Postal Service for which he devoted nearly three decades of service to the community of Corona until retirement in 1988. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Deanna; his children, Kyle Maxell and wife Laura, Karen Lloyd and husband Mitch, and Karla Zimmer and husband David; sister, Helen Taini; grandchildren, Josh Holland and wife Becky, Garrett and Megan Lloyd, Korbin and Kamry Maxell, and three great grandchildren, Kaytlynn, Kameron, and Klayton, along with many nieces and nephews.
