LEWIS FRANK PACIFIC
Lewis Frank Pacific, of Lake Havasu City, AZ, passed away peacefully at his home on February 7, 2017. He was born to Frank and Helen Pacifico on April 14, 1932 in Detroit, Michigan. He was 84 years old.
Lewis graduated from Roseville High School in Michigan in 1950. He attended the renowned Cass Tech trade school in 1951, where he studied blue print drafting and tool making. From 1957 to 1962 he attended Riverside City College, where he studied engineering drawing.
Lewis brought his family to Riverside, California in 1957, where he worked for the Rohr Co. and opened his first business, the D & L Drive Inn on Main Street. The family returned to Riverside 4 years later, where Lewis worked for McDonald Douglas Corp/Boeing Co. and opened his second business, Tic Toc Drive In, on Main Street, in Corona.
Lewis retired from Boeing after 16 years. Upon his retirement, he made his move to Lake Havasu City, where he built his retirement home and resided until his death.
Lewis enjoyed watching his sons play sports, spending time with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was also a member of the IAMAW Machinist Union and the Elk's club. In his later years, he enjoyed spending quality time with his daughter Pam.
His parents, Frank and Helen Pacifico, precede Lewis in death along with his oldest son, Louis.
He is survived by his wife Dolly; daughter Pam Pacific; sons Frank Pacific, Dan Pacific, and Tim Pacific. He left behind ten grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
Services will be held at Olivewood Cemetery, Riverside, CA on Friday, March 10, 2017 at 1:00p.m. Thoughts and condolences can be sent to the Pacific family, care of Atchison and Graham Garden of Prayer, 7944 Magnolia Ave., Riverside CA 92506.
