MARGARET SCULLION Margaret "Peggy" Scullion, age 83, passed away, Thursday, February 6, 2014 in Hemet, California. She was born on November 20, 1930, in Wallasey, England, to the late Walter and Priscilla Newall. Peggy, as she was known, dedicated her life to her husband, Andy, and her eight children, Michael, Sandra, Debra, Andrew, Beverly, Christopher, Jennifer, and Jeremy. She is survived by her loving husband, Andy, and by her children and their spouses, Mike and Vicki Scullion; Sandra (Scullion) Kunz; William Kunz; Debbie and Larry Kelly; Andy Scullion (deceased 2004); Beverly Scullion; Chris and Holly Scullion; Jennifer and Dwayne Dougan; and Jeremy Scullion. Other family members include daughters-in-law, Lisa Scullion (deceased 2009), Julie Eaton Hungate and Monica Cure Scullion. She was known as Nana to her loving grandchildren, Joanna, Julie, Daniel, Candace, Jessica, Jennifer, Ryan, C.J., Jonathan, Chelsea, Grace, Spencer, Holli, Kalauna, Colin, Kayla, Drew, Claire, Christina (deceased 1997), Alyssa, Michael, and Zachary. Nana is also survived by her great-grandchildren, Emily, Kaylee, J.J., Jaden, Aubrey, Kelsey, Katie, Dakota, Katie, Taylor, Jayden, Hailey, Alana and Allie. Peggy enjoyed many activities, which included BINGO, the monthly dinners at the clubhouse, the ladies' luncheons, watching old movies, especially musicals. Mom loved singing and dancing throughout her whole life. This also included listening to her husband, Andy, singing as well. Please join us in fond remembrance of our mom, our nana, our Peggy, and celebrate a life well-lived, a spirit well-loved and remembering that endearing smile, which warmed the hearts of everyone who knew her and everyone who met her. Mom is with the angels, singing and dancing forever, and smiling down on the rest of us for years to come. We will miss you but we know you are with us in our minds and in our hearts for the rest of our days. Peggy Scullion will be laid to rest on February 21, 2014, 10:30 a.m., Riverside National Cemetery, 22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, California. A memorial celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, February 22, 2014, 12:00 p.m., Eden Roc Clubhouse, 1525 W. Oakland Avenue, Hemet, California.
