Margie Lou Zambarelli Obituary
MARGIE LOU (WILSON) ZAMBARELLI, 85, left for heaven on July 5, 2015 quietly in the comfort of her home surrounded by her family. Born on April 13, 1930 in Aguilar, CO, she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Miriam Wilson, her father, James (Dynamite) Wilson, her son, Jim Zambarelli, her brother, James Wilson and her sister Miriam (Wilson) Gasaway. She grew up in the tiny coal mining town of Aguilar where she and her sister were the only two students in their elementary school. After graduating from Aguilar High School, she met the love of her life, Tano (Red) Zambarelli and they were married on June 11, 1949. They left the coal mines for California where they settled in Torrance in 1958 and raised their family where she excelled at the job she loved, being a mother, wife and homemaker and would quite often entertain and feed her son's entire little league team. She moved to Murrieta in 1990 and then to Hemet in 2005. She spent sixty six years as a devoted mother, wife, grandmother, great grandmother, aunt and loyal friend to all she met. Margie and her gentle smile will be greatly missed and irreplaceable. Margie is survived by her husband, Tano Zambarelli; her daughter and son-in-law Michael and Tana Zambarelli-Cecere; grandchildren, Jim and Caryn Zambarelli and Michael Cecere; great grandchildren, Brody and Frankie Zambarelli; numerous nieces and nephews and countless friends, all of which she called "family". Memorial services will be held in the chapel at The Church of the Resurrection, 515 E. Kimball Avenue, Hemet, CA, Sunday, July 26, 2015 at 2pm. Reception immediately following in the Fellowship Hall. Please join our family to remember and celebrate the joyous life of Margie Zambarelli.
