Obituary Condolences

1970 - 2013
My Dearest Mark,
I'm writing this on behalf of your mom, your sister and me.
It's been 5 very long years now since you left us and ascended to Heaven, but it might as well have been yesterday. They say time heals all things, but the pain and grief we all still deeply feel with your passing does not seem to have diminished much at all these last 5 years. We struggle each day dealing with it.
We all love and miss you Mark more than you could ever know. When you left us to be with the Lord, a big part of our lives left with you, and created a void in our hearts that can never be filled.
We often think fondly and lovingly of our many happy memories of you as the outgoing little boy who was always the leader of the pack, when you were "Mr. Popular" as a teenager who was always the star athlete, and the truly fine, handsome man you became who everyone loved and whose lives were so enriched by having known you.
A finer son and brother no family could have ever asked for. Your sparkling smile, your infectious funny personality and your kind and gentle nature were the envy of everyone.
God truly blessed your mom, Marta and me when he gave us you. As your dad I can think of no finer man I was fortunate enough to call my son and to have you in my life.
I could go on and on in telling you how much we all deeply love and miss you, but that would be repeating the obvious. How could anyone not love you the way we do. I know in my heart you know that.
I hope and pray that when God takes me the very first person I see in Heaven is you, and when that happens all I want to do is give you a big hug and kiss and tell you again how much I love you Mark.
May God bless and keep you safe until we meet again son. Dad, Mom & Marta
