Matthew Neal Clark In Memoriam
In Loving Memory of "Our Precious Son" "Forever Young" MATTHEW NEAL CLARK February 4, 1987 - February 18, 2003 It's so very hard to believe it's time to celebrate your 28th birthday. From the day you were born we knew you would find your own unique place in this world. Holding you, watching you fast asleep in our arms, we wondered what you were dreaming. As we watched you grow and play we saw your imagination taking you so many different places. We couldn't hear your voice without smiling, couldn't look at you without feeling a surge of pride. We saw your interests, tastes and talents taking shape before our eyes. We marveled at how everything came together to make you who you were. You always had an original point of view. You were never afraid to take on challenges or to settle for something just because it was easy or popular. We watched you stay true to yourself and keep your eye on what really mattered to you the most; your family, friends and even strangers who needed your help. There were so many things we wanted for you, so many wishes. Every moment of your life was a reason to celebrate. You and your amazing smile were so embracing and cherished by everyone. Then so unexpectedly, 16 short years later, God called you from your earthly home to join Him in His Heavenly home. There was so much left we still wanted to say to you and experience with you. We long to turn back time to enable us to do it all. We find ourselves thinking, "If we only had one more day." We catch ourselves recalling little moments that we shared and smile at every "remember when". We tell our favorite stories, and we laugh and then we feel a tug at our hearts and we cry. Our time with you was truly fleeting. If we could gather up all the smiles, laughes, memories and pride that you brought us through the years and give them back to you we would. Our precious angel, your life was so very brief, but its impact reaches countless people and leaves behind an influence for good that touches and inspires us all. Yesterday you were our little boy, today a treasured memory, forever the greatest love of our lives! With Our Eternal Love, Dad and Mom "143"
