She was born Dec. 4, 1914 in Guatemala Central America to parents Don Claudio and Carlota Evans de Urrutia. Mimi, as she was best known by friends and family, lived a long and wonderful life. She made it to over 100 years . Neka had an adventurous life and met her late husband, John, in Guatemala when he was a dashing young military man. She was a prior member of the Retired Officers wives, Opera Guild, Riversider's, and many other organizations. Her passion was playing Bridge, traveling and attending daily Mass at St. Catherines Church. She lived a happy active life and will be missed by many. God Bless our Mimi.
