NORANIZA TRINIDAD ZAPANTA ALONTO
Noraniza Trinidad Zapanta Alonto was born on April 7, 1956 in Butuan City, Mindanao, Philippines to Tamano and Teresita (Zapanta) Alonto who preceded her in death.
In 1971, Noraniza moved from the Philippines to the United States where she remained a resident of California. She resided in Long Beach, Cerritos, Moreno Valley and final home in Beaumont, California.
Noraniza attended Regina Caeli School in Compton, California. She then chose a career in nursing where she studied at the Nursing Student Association of Long Beach City College, Long Beach, California. She loved being a nurse and dedicated her entire 34-year career to nursing until retiring in 2012. Noraniza was a caring and loving nurse to all the patients she cared for at Bellwood Hospital, Parkview Community Hospital and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center.
Noraniza is survived by sisters, Norahayda Canete (Julian), Noramina Alonto, Aicha Sinayoko; brother Jacob Sinayoko (Lori); nieces Kaleena Sysay (John), Kristin Songcayauon (Anthony Jr.), Ashlee Hoekstra(Gabe), Alexandra Sinayoko, Haley Sinayoko; nephews Isaac Hoekstra (Laura), Marcus Sinayoko, Devin Sinayoko (deceased); grandchildren Isaiah Nicholas & Olivia Grace Sysay and Zoie Marie Romano; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins in Canada, Nevada and Philippines.
Visitation: Sunday, December 17, 2017, 4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. with Rosary at 5:30pm. Funeral Service: Monday, December 18, 2017 at 10:00 a.m, all at Pierce Brothers Crestlawn, 11500 Arlington Ave., Riverside, CA 92505.
