Raymond Livingston Fogg Obituary
RAYMOND LIVINGSTON FOGG Raymond went peacefully to be with his Lord and Savior on the 22nd of December 2012. He lived an earthly life of 89 years wrapped in the love of Jesus. He would have us remember one thing: know Jesus, live, walk, hope, trust and rest in Him. His family cherishes the memories of his faithful love for all, which was rooted in Jesus' faithful love for him. Raymond was a radiant, yet humble Christian and a loving example to his family, church, and many friends. He was devoted to his family, others, his church, and above all, Jesus Christ. His quiet patience and love in life was a model in Christian faith. He was born on December 22, 1923 to William George Fogg and Bertha Belle Fogg in Bay City, Michigan. He is survived by his daughters Virginia Hope Wright, Patricia Louise Michael and his son Thomas James Fogg. He is also survived by a close family of numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great grandchildren, an aunt and uncle, nieces, nephews, a daughter and son-in-law and other in-laws. He was preceded in death by his son Edwyn Raymond Fogg and his first wife Norma Gertrude Fogg (1968), his second wife Leona Fogg (1979) and his third wife Jean Fogg (2003). He attended Bay City College. He was a proud Veteran in the Army in WWII and served primarily in liberation of the Phillipines. He lived in Bay City, Michigan when he returned from the war, then subsequently moved to Lakewood, Brea and finally Riverside, CA. He worked for Unocal for over forty years in the chemical/petroleum industry as a senior research technician. Funeral services will be held at 1:00PM on Saturday, December 29th at Arlington Avenue Church of the Nazarene in Riverside, CA.
