He is survived by his wife, Christine Blake-Harper; three daughters, Patrice Harper-McKinstry of San Bernardino, CA., Raychelle (Samuel) Addo, of Riverside, and Clarissa (Christopher) Agard of Apple Valley, CA; four sisters, Fredda (Arthur) Davis of Walnut, CA., Thelma (Webster) Guillory of Newport Beach, CA., Patricia (Keith) Nickols-Butler of Loma Linda CA; three brothers, Charles "Larry" of San Bernardino, CA., Michael of Antioch, CA., Edward of Concord, CA; one granddaughter and six grandsons.
