REFUGIO P. "CUCO" GARCIA Obituary
In Loving Memory REFUGIO P. GARGIA "CUCO" March 24, 1932 - November 4, 2015 Age 83, passed away on November 4th at Riverside Community Hospital surrounded by his family. He was born on March 24, 1932 to Theresa and Merced Garcia and lived his entire life in Riverside, CA. He was a life long member of St. Anthony of Pauda Catholic Church. In his early years he worked for March Air Force Base civil service and later started his own business, Madison Bail Bonds until his retirement in 1998. He is survived by his loving wife, Dolores Garcia; children, Cynthia Garcia, Deborah Marquez, Dennis Garcia, Darlene Garcia (Thomas), Donna Gamboa (Michael); and grandchildren, George Marquez, Jr., (Justine), Jennifer Marquez, (Thomas), Michael Gamboa, Jr., Anthony Gamboa, Jared Garcia and great-grandchildren, Celina & Nathan Calderilla, Jasmine & Jared Marquez, Liala and Elija Gamboa. He is also survived by his brother, Raul and preceded in death by brothers, Charles, Alfred, Frank, Robert, and Manuel Garcia. The Garcia family would like to thank all of his dedicated and caring doctors, nurses, physical therapists, nutritionists and all staff involved in his care at Riverside Community Hospital, his physicians at Primary Care Doctor, Riverside PD Central, and his long-time family physician, John J. Kane Services will be held on Tuesday, November 10th at St. Anthony of Pauda Catholic Church in Riverside, CA at 9 a.m. Graveside services will follow church services at 11:30 a.m. at Olivewood Cemetery. Celebration of life will be held at California Citrus State Historic Park from 1-4 p.m.
