Rosemary S. Mullen Obituary
Rosemary S. Mullen was born in Fly, Ohio to Mose and Sarah Solomon on May 27, 1920. She passed away in her home surrounded by many family members and loved ones on August 23, 2017.
Rosemary was a long time resident of Riverside, CA, moving here in 1951. She was an active member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church, serving the Altar Society and St. Anne's Guild. She belonged to Paradise Women's Golf Club, Travelers Golf Club and the Thursday Nighters Dance Club. She was an accomplished beautician, seamstress, decorator, upholsterer, and gardener, and a loving daughter, sister, mother, grandmother and friend.
Rosemary was preceded in death by the love of her life, Stromede (Mede) C. Mullen, brother Edward Solomon sisters Lucille Klos, Eleanor Solomon, Maleah Hagel and Betty Anderson. She is survived by her brother Bill Solomon and brother-in-law, Marvin Hagel; daughters Jo Carol Mullen Harris (Tim) and Leah Rae Harnett (Jim); granddaughters Kelly Rae Harnett and Jamie Lynn Harnett and numerous loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation is Tuesday evening, September 5 from 4-8 pm; Memorial Service will be held Wednesday morning, September 6, at 10 am, both at Acheson & Graham Mortuary Chapel, 7944 Magnolia Ave, Riverside, CA 92504. Service at the Riverside National Cemetery directly following the service.
