Tari Lynn Kudlac Obituary
TARI LYNN KUDLAC May 19, 1959 May 30, 2014 Tari Lynn Kudlac of Oxnard, CA went home to be with her Savior, Jesus Christ May 30, 2014. Tari was born in Riverside, Ca on May 19, 1959 and graduated from Arlington High School, Riverside in 1977. She was a devoted wife to Jeff Kudlac for nearly 34 years following their marriage at the Mission Inn in Riverside on June 29, 1980. Tari was a loving mother and friend to Cassie and Troy, "Mother in Love" to Amy and Gary, and an amazing Lolli to Kruz (4), Deker (1.5), Arianna (16), Jacob (12), and Kenzie (9 months). She is also survived by her father and stepmother, Bob and Diane Brown; her stepfather and stepmother, Ron and Charlene Shrader; her sisters Alexandra, Cari, and Robyn; her stepbrothers Mark, Steven, and Richard and many nieces, nephews, and dear friends of whom each were individually important and special to her. Tari Lynn was preceded in death by her mother Charlene Shrader, stepsister, Jill Shrader, and granddaughter Himmelen Kudlac. On March 3, 2014 Tari was diagnosed with lung cancer. Our family quickly devised a full fledged plan to beat it, including hiring an advocate, seeking multiple opinions, purchasing and reading books and finding the best care possible. Tari endured two rounds of chemotherapy treatment, the first in Chicago and the second in LA, always with a smile on her face. She fought long and hard day in and day out until losing her battle on May 30, 2014 at the side of her life long love, Jeff. She remained positive, smiling and continuing to impact people into her last days while consistently loving those around her and sharing scripture and prayers. Tari was unbelievably talented in so many ways and was dedicated to being the best wife, mother, and grandmother that she could be. Tari loved flowers, gardening, decorating, grandparenting, hiking, golfing, board games, cutting hair, and tennis. She was a selfless and generous servant to numerous churches, charities, organizations, communities, friends, and anyone who was in need. She will truly be missed by so many and her legacy of generosity, giving, caring, love, selflessness, trustworthiness, and devotion will be carried on by our family. The last scripture Tari was memorizing is 1 Thessalonians 5.16-18, "Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you." "Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy; love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not seek its own, is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth; bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never fails" (1 Corninthians 13.4-8) Services will be held at the Grove Community Church in Riverside at 19900 Grove Community Drive on June 6th at 12:00 and a reception will follow immediately afterwards with food and refreshments. The family would love to hear your stories of Tari; how she helped you, loved you, made you laugh, or any way she touched your life. Please write down your thoughts and drop them for the family or please think about what you would like to say and the videographer will be available to film your message at the reception. If you wish to send flowers or donations, please send flowers to Acheson & Graham Garden of Prayer Mortuary in Riverside and donations to World Vision.
