She enjoyed her visits with Dr. Chang and his staff as well as Kelly, Jonathan and James of Riverside Pharmacy who were openly amazed at her attitude and abilities. Vivian was given loving care for more than five years by Alicia McLeary. Her secret to a long life was walking and she took her last long walk at The Galleria two weeks before her passing. She usually sat down briefly outside See's Candy where the clerks were always friendly. She used her 102nd birthday money to enjoy a day of gambling with friends. Vivian was quiet yet had a wonderful sense of humor to the end. She was compassionate, resilient and had a love of life.
