William J. (Bill) Leuer Obituary
William (Bill) J. Leuer, born July 1946, passed away December 28, 2017, Riverside, CA.
Bill graduated from Pater Noster High School in Glendale and Cal Poly Pomona. He was an Eagle Scout. Bill was a Civil Engineer and worked many jobs, including the County of Riverside, Environmental Health for 15 years before becoming self employed.
Bill actively participated in many clubs including the Antique Truck Historical Society (ATHS), the Dodge Brothers Club, the Military Vehicle Preservation Club (MVPA) and the Great War Historical Society (WW1), Orange Empire Railway Museum, and the Vista Antique Gas Engine Museum.
Bill had a passion for his large FWD trucks, antique Dodge Brothers cars, antique military vehicle items, and would exhibit them in numerous car shows and events in many local states.
Bill Leuer will be dearly missed and is survived by his wife of 32 years, Debby; sons Robert, 31 and Andrew, 26. He is also survived by his brothers James A. Leuer and wife Barbara, (Chris, Stephanie, and Michael), John P. Leuer and wife Sontina, (Nicole) and sister Jennifer and husband Daniel Anderson, (Ben, Zachary, and Mary),and their spouses and grandchildren.
Services are Saturday, January 20, 2018 at 1:00 pm at St. Andrew's Newman Center ,105 N. Big Springs Rd, Riverside, and at 2:30 pm at the family residence.
