Dennis "Butch/Fluffy" Dwayne Warrick, beloved husband and father, passed away on April 8, 2021 at the age of 76.
Dennis was born in Hepburn, Iowa on September 7, 1944 to Gerald and Myra Warrick, the youngest of their five children. After graduation from high school, Dennis proudly served in the United States Navy. He moved his family to Alaska's Kenai Peninsula in 1974, where they enjoyed all that Alaska has to offer. Dennis met his beloved wife Sue in 1994. The two married in 1996 and relocated to Pahrump, Nevada where they built their life together.
Dennis was preceded in death by an infant son, Troy Den, and by his parents, Gerald and Myra Warrick. He is survived by his loving wife Sue, children Jami, Jerry, Tina (Ty), step-children Joe (Shanda), Jeff (Hali), and Bill (Shawn), twelve grandchildren and his first great-grandchild. Dennis is also survived by his four siblings, their spouses, and many nieces and nephews, all of whom he dearly loved.
A gathering for family and friends of Dennis will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at the Pahrump Elks Lodge in Pahrump, Nevada. The family will travel to Oregon and Alaska later in the summer to spread Dennis' ashes in accordance with his wishes.
Dennis was a wonderful man - kind, generous, funny, and loving - and he will be remembered fondly by those that were fortunate to know him. He will be truly, deeply, and forever missed.
