Mrs. German hired me to work at the Lincoln Theater.... She was so kind and she took the time to teach me to be confident in myself and that helped me so much at that time in my life... I have always been greatful to her for that.... She was a great lady. My sincerest sympathy to her family.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family. I remember Mrs. German as a very kind sweet lady. In the very early 1960s when I was a little girl my family had moved back to Port Angeles and we stayed briefly in one of the cabins. One of my childhood memories from back then was being invited to Cindy's birthday party (we celebrate the same birthday) and Mrs. German hiding the button for a game of Hide-the-button. Years later I remember their gift shop and can still picture the abalone shell items for sale. I pray that your happy memories of June will bring you comfort and keep her alive always in your heart.
