Alan Duncan Obituary
Memorial service for Lt. Colonel Alan Cole Duncan, age 74, of Fayetteville, will be conducted Friday at 3 PM at Higgins Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery Mr. Duncan passed away Sunday December 13th at his residence.
The son of the late Andrew Cole and Eugenia Barroll Duncan, he was a native of Greenwich CT, retired from US Air Force, and a member of the First United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Janice Duncan of Fayetteville; sons, Andrew Duncan, II of Hollywood, FL, Christopher Duncan of Edina, MN, and James Duncan of Gallatin, TN; step-sons, Todd Harter of Gulf Breeze, FL and Erick Harter of Monticello, FL; sister, Ann Laredo, Southbury, CT; brother, Donald Duncan of Robesonia, PA; six grandchildren, nine step-grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Visitation with the family will be Thursday from 5 to 7 PM at Higgins Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Fayetteville First United Methodist Church Building Fund, 200 North Elk Ave., Fayetteville, TN 37334 or Russell Hill Cancer Foundation, PO Box 18428, Huntsville, AL 35804.

I am really great that you have this page for Grandad. I wish everyone could have known what a great man he was, but by searching his name, I found he must have been important to a lot of people. I will miss him so much. I love you!
