Lucille Vivian Bell, Burke, Nemeth, age 87 of Pensacola, entered into the presence of her Heavenly Father on August 10, 2009.
She was born June 21, 1922 in Century, FL to the late Eugene and Zelma Bell. She graduated from Century High School and later moved to Pensacola, where she worked, met and married the late Joseph P. Burke Sr. He was in the U.S. Air Force and they traveled to England and Japan, during his time in the military.
She was preceded in death by her beloved grandmother, Annie E. Knowles; her parents, Eugene and Zelma Bell; her sister, Loretta McNair; her brothers, Donald, Juba, Ron, and Gene Bell.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Edward J. Nemeth; her son, Joseph P. Burke, Jr. ( Ann); her grandsons, Chris (Jill), Scott, Shawn (Mia) and Ty Burke; her great-grandchildren, Sarina, Kylie, Vincent, Ayla and Liam Burke; her sister, Faye Spivey (Lou); many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Celebration of her life will be held at 9:15 a.m., Friday, August 14, 2009 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South with Captain USAF Edward Shawn Burke officiating. Interment will follow at Barrancas National Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be her grandsons.
FAITH CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME SOUTH, 100 Beverly Parkway, is in charge of arrangements.

My dear precious sister, Lucille,whom I loved more than words can ever express; was my very best friend; whom I miss so very very much. The void, that is left in my heart, can only be filled with beautiful memories of our lifetime together. God is my source of strength.
