ARTHUR S., April 20, 2009. Husband of Francine (nee Dobres), father of Cary (Valerie) Sandler, Esq., and Stacy (Robert) Katz; brother of Nita Koval; grandfather of Elisa, Michael, Justin and Jared. Relatives and friends are invited to Funeral Services, Thursday 11:30 A.M. precisely, GOLDSTEINS' ROSENBERG'S RAPHAEL SACKS SUBURBAN NORTH, 310 Second St. Pike, Southampton. Interment Shalom Memorial Park. Shiva will be observed at the late residence. Contributions in his memory may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, 225 City Ave.- Suite 104, Bala Cynwyd PA 19004.

Dearest Fran,Stacy,Cary and Family...
How very saddened I was to hear of your loss! I know how much you all have been through and I wish I could take your pain away! Distance is not a good thing in these situations and I would only have wished that I could be there to help you all in this time of grieving. Please know that you all are in my heart and truly am so sorry that you lost such a "SPECIAL MAN".
