Spending time with Dina was one of the great joys of the Penn Band for me, and I loved catching up with her at alumni events in years after. I am so sorry to hear this news and offer my condolences to the family.

My prayers to the Turchi Family. I truly know how your heart feels. I lost a daughter at twenty. If you feel the need to ever want to talk, please do not hesitate to e mail me. Know your daughter is with her Savior Jesus, and one day you will see her again, and God's has promised us Eternal Life, so you will be with her Forever. May God's Perpetual Light Shine Upon Her Always.

Dina was a loving and caring friend, "sister" to me and the best godmother my son could have asked for. For those fortunate to know her, she was God's angel sent to us. Dina enriched the lives of all she knew and made us a better person for having known her. The best way to honor her memory is to live life as she did and be gentle,caring, kind, loving, giving and with great faith. She will be greatly missed !

I was blessed to have Dina in my life for many years. She was a great friend throughout college and fortunately beyond. She was always supportive and encouraging and willing to lend an ear, a hand, or a shoulder when needed. I am immeasurably sorry to hear of her illness and passing. She was so special and sweet to everyone. I know how much she loved her family and friends and how much she was loved in return. She will be missed dearly. I will forever be thankful that she was a part of my life.

my heart has been heavy since hearing the news of beautiful dina's passing. so very, very sorry for your loss. i know that you did all that you could to help her heal. it seems god takes the good ones early, sometimes. while it has been some time since i had seen dina, i remember her extraordinary spirit like it was yesterday. and i remember how proud you were of her and all that she had accomplished in her short time here. i can only imagine your pain. please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this very sad time and beyond. love and prayers to all of you.

Dina was a great person, i remember talking with her a short time at Bridgefest 2008 and she punctured her foot on a piece of dune grass and her whole attitude after a long tiring day with a punctured foot, was just awesome to witness.
