Niel & Family, I am heartbroken with the passing of Chip. A truly great guy who would do anything for a friend. I am very glad that we got to spend the time we did at Wilkes as room mates. They were truly some of the best times of my life. My hope is, all that think of Chip will have a smile on their face before a tear fills their eye. Goodspeed Chip and may you rest in peace.

I am very sorry to hear about Chip. I did not know him very well at Wilkes, but we are all part of the Wilkes family. Also, as a Marine Mom I am thankful for his service as a Marine. My daughter was stationed at headquarters next to Arlington... What a beautiful resting place for Chip! God bless your family and eternal peace for Chip. Semper Fi
