Paul Howard Shanks, 59, of Rogersville, Tennessee, an employeeof Hawkins County Highway Department for several years, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, November 20, 2001, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. The family will receive friends on Friday, November 23, 2001, 6-8 p.m., at Colboch-Price Funeral Home, Inc., 101 West Main Street, Rogersville. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, 8 p.m., at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. John North and the Rev. Glen Bradley. Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, November 24, 2 p.m., at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to Colboch-Price Funeral Home, Inc., Rogersville, Tennessee.
