I met Mary when she worked at LIJ. It was always a pleasure to see her and on occasion I would visit her in Bellerose. When she moved to VA we kept in touch through Christmas cards. In the past 2 years when I hadn´t received a card I had a feeling she may have been called home. I think of Mary often and it was a blessing to have known her. Rest In Peace my friend

We met Mary at the Food Pantry 6 yrs ago. She was always smiling to greet people. We loved how she would dress up for special holidays & end our pantry prayer with "play ball"! She was devoted to the Lord. We will miss your lovely spirit, Mary.

We are going to miss you miss you Mary. Mary sat in front of us during Mass at POP, and always had kind words for my wife and I. I enjoyed visiting her at the food pantry, she always wore a different costume for special occasions. Everyone look forward to seeing Mary at the food pantry. She keep the Knights of Columbus in line during First Friday Eucharistic Adoration. We also enjoy have talking and drinking coffee after daily Mass at POP. Pray for me Mary, as you are always in my prayers.
