From there he served in the Navy before working over thirty years at the Norfolk Ford Plant where he retired as Supervisor.Charles was a giving friend to everyone. He loved the beach, watching the Redskins and Nascar, reading to his grandson, frequenting garage sales, wearing a WRV t-shirt and shorts year-round, riding in his bright, red, Mustang convertible, fishing, and having “a cold one” with the fellas.
