MOYOCK - Clara Lynn Benton, 66, passed away on October 15, 2018. She was born in Chattanooga, TN on April 16, 1952 to the late Mark Maher and Lucy Ables. Lynn enjoyed traveling with her husband and toy poodle. She loved being a member of the American Legion Auxiliary, Gold Wing Road Rider Association, Star Touring, and the United Side Car Association. She was also a member of Moyock United Methodist Church. Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 40 years, Gale Benton; sister, Gayle Tipton, and her darling dog, Mutley. Loved our short conversations and her smile

To the families and friends of Clara Lynn Benton. Today, I just want to send these few encouraging words to the families. We all lose love ones in death and it a very difficult time to deal with. Please allow God to strengthen you in your grief. He is a God of great comfort and peace.
Virginia will always be my home but now I live in Harrisburg Pa.
