Norfolk - Frank Leroy "Andy" Anderson (86) shed this mortal body and went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on March 7, 2014. He was born in Jackson, Michigan to the late Palmer and Georgia Anderson. He was predeceased by a son Peter Frank Anderson. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife Marjorie, daughter Janet Hill, and husband Ken of Virginia Beach, son David Anderson and wife Debra of Ahoskie, NC, and son Paul Anderson and wife Pam of Kitty Hawk, NC. Andy was a proud veteran of the United States Navy, having served during WWII and the Korean conflict. Family will receive friends at Woodlawn Funeral Home, 6329 E. Va Beach Blvd, Norfolk, VA, from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday March 9th. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the .
