Mrs. Franklin was one of the warmest and most caring people I had the pleasure of knowing. The heart that she had for others is a rare gift to the many people who had the privilege to know her and was blessed by her. I will always remember the love and kindness she bestowed on me. God said, her work here on Earth, will speak for itself. In my heart forever!

Mrs. Franklin was such a joy and it was a sheer delight to be in her presence. Her entertaining conversation and laughter, made us feel like she was "one of the girls in the circle". Loving, warm and kind, we thank God for her legacy. Love to you Tish and the entire family, always!

An Angel has departed and taken a new address with her creator. While it's painful to all of us that she left here to carry on with our work, hopefully knowing her destination eases that pain. My sincerest condolences to the Franklin Family during this journey... My Family and I will keep you in prayer. We ask the Lord for his grace and mercy and that it be given to this Family in the days ahead..

The the Franklin Family:
Heartfelt condolences are extended to you in the recent passing of Madeline. We were co-workers at Norfolk State University for years. She was a kind, beautiful person who always was so pleasant to be with and to talk with. Her warm smile just bought so much light to your life. She was very professional and it was always displayed in her personally and certainly in her appearance. We enjoyed and shared many good times in our professional organization- NSUAEOP.
We loved her so much, but God loved her more. She will certainly be missed.
