Norman W. Simonelli

Virginia Beach - Norman W. Simonelli, 83, sailed away to the Lord on Dec. 3, 2013 surrounded by his family. He was born on Nov. 11, 1930 to Catherine and Octavius Simonelli in Mystic, CT.

He grew up in Mystic, where he was the class Vice Pres. all 4 yrs of high school. After graduation in 1948, he joined the Navy. Upon retirement, he worked for the Navy as a civilian at SeaCor. He was the Commander of the Hugo A.
