Sybil's three brothers, Alvin, William and Ralph Walker also preceded her in death.

Some may remember Sybil's working days at the US Post Office in Portsmouth, VA, and others may have worshipped with her at Elm Avenue Methodist Church in Portsmouth, where she met her husband. Many will remember Sybil for her loving and giving nature because she always tried to do what was good and right with God.
