Cipriana C. Rabelista

Chesapeake - Cipriana C. Rabelista, 97, went home to be with the Lord June 11, 2014. A native of the Philippines she was the daughter of the late Marcelino and Ana Collado; she was also predeceased by her loving husband, Sebastian Rabelista; son, Bernardo Rabelista; and great-granddaughter, Natalie Hosch. Cipriana was a member of St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church, Virginia Beach.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Epi Cochran (Roger), Allie Mattausch, Carina Patten (Daniel), and Dolores Maier (Edwin); grandchildren, Karen, Randy, Tom, Marlene, Denise, Rachael, Michael, Roseann, Melissa, Mark and Angela; great-grandchildren, Raphael, Caleb, Courtney, Maddie, Mayson, Cael, Jaiden and Jonas.

The family will receive friends at Graham Funeral Home on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 5 p.m. with a the family having a time of sharing at 6 p.m. followed by a reception at the funeral home. A service to celebrate her life will be held Monday, June 16, 2014 at 2 p.m. at Graham Funeral Home with Deacon Crisanto D. Romero officiating.
