Dear Isabel,
Please accept our deepest condolences on passing of our friend Pete. He was a great human being and we will miss him. His absence will be felt particularly acute around the Holidays when his customary greeting card would not arrive anymore.
Most sincerely,
Leon and Julia P.

Pete you will be fondly remembered and sorely missed. I will keep "your plants watered," the ones that crowded your huge tiled, tan colored windowsill in the old Brooklyn Navy Yard, Bldg. 1. Yes even after 33 years I vividly remember the plants, the tile and the talks we had in your office, the reassurances, the encouragement and,the friendship and kindness you showed me in those early years and continued through the subsequent years shall always be remembered.
My sincere condolences to Isabel and your family, may you rest in peace my friend.

Dear Isabel,
We just received a call from Tom's brother telling us of Peter's passing. We were terribly saddened to get this sad news. We thoroughly enjoyed Peter and he will be sorely missed. We wish we could be there for Peter's service but unfortunately, we won't be back in Virginia until the end of May. Please know that you will be in our thoughts and prayers. Love, Helene & Tom Boone
